Hopeless- A feeling that Victoire Weasley couldn't seem to shake. Her hands were tied now and she had enough of getting shoved to the side. Wanting nothing more than to help her own boyfriend and getting absolutely nowhere. She was a failure in her own eyes and horrible at even holding a simple relationship with a man that she had loved dearly -Clearly she had done something wrong and was unaware. But allowing herself to go on like she was only brought yet spirits down. She couldn't allow herself to live like that- putting effort into something that wasn't going to work out. -- Letting our a deep sigh, Vic slowly turned on her heel and headed towards the kitchen. Her mind was running nonstop questioning, and hoping, she had done what was best. hoping that the letter she had sent to Teddy wasn't too long and full of ramble - she wanted right to the point. 'I can't do this anymore. I am not going to sit back and just wonder why...'. Vic grabbed a small snack pack and headed for her couch- she needed to sit down and relax. But the question still lingered; why? Why was he ignoring her? Why he didn't visit as often. She wanted the truth! That was all.
A small knock echoed her apartment sending Vic to her feet. 'Who now?!' Setting her snack to the side, she continued to the door opening it with force. Her face flushed with anger; couldn't anyone see she wanted to be alone?! - To her surprise a familiar face stood before her. A face she didn't expect to see.... Ever. "W-what.... Erm..."

Things had always been complicated for the couple that everyone had thought, would be married in the future. Being two years apart, the two had grown up the closest for a while. It was rare to not find a picture of the two as they grew throughout the years. Both attended Hogwarts together. Despite growing up with the Potter and Weasley family, he wasn't considered an older brother figure to Victoire. He never felt like a brother to her like the others minus Lily as well. It was towards the end of Victoire's years at school that they began to date. Everything had been going well until the long distance between the two began to eat away at their relationship. The first time around, it had been him that had ended it. This led to some rather awkward situations whenever he went to any of the family's homes to see the family since Victoire was there, a good amount of the time. Things had become awkward since the long distance had gotten to them. It had made him feel as if she was a bit possessive since she was stuck in the castle, while he has basically free game to any girl on the planet. Literally the planet since he was an auror in training at the time, apparating to anywhere that the ministry needed him to go. Despite the feelings that he had grown to have of her from that breakup, the two had started their relationship again, two years later. The relationship was probably the strongest than their previous one due to the fact that they both were together a lot. They weren't separated by distance nor did either of them have any ideas that the other would find someone else. Recently though, the relationship had been on the rocks due to a major event for him. Andromeda, the closest being to a mother that he had. Having lost his grandmother, he had sort of separated himself from everyone in the large family that he was a part of. The family didn't understand his grief exactly since it was true that he had a huge support system and they all wanted to support him during the hard time. Though the family was huge, while his own family was pretty much just him in terms of blood. While he had seen a lot of the family, it was Andromeda that he had lived with. She was the one that raised him for the most part with help from Harry. It was understandable for him to not be taking it well since he hadn't grown up knowing either of his parents and lost his grandmother. Harry could have related to him, but it wasn't something to put on the head auror's mind. Victoire was someone that couldn't relate since she had her family intact. Some could say that she had the perfect life compared to some, living on the beach in the cottage with her parents most of her life. When they had been younger, they didn't relate to each other much when either of them were sad or hurt. It was something that they took to other people. His thoughts hadn't been clear lately since he had become dependent upon alcohol, something that kept him from feeling miserable. Not really, but it helped. If someone said he was taking after one of his parents, it was definitely Remus in this situation that he was taking after, refusing to let anyone in. In his one sober moment, he had received a owl from Victoire. One that he received during a moment when he had a migraine to deal with though what was in the owl, was worse. It didn't take long for him to apparate to her apartment, knocking on the door. Having been given the week off from the ministry, he perhaps would've been expected to look better. Less tired, not physically drained. Instead, he looked like hell literally. When she opened the door, he handed her the parchment which he had rolled up into a ball and said, "I believe you sent this to the wrong house."
ooc| believe this is before lily even gets involved as we discussed, so yeah. pure victoire/teddy drama.
