Dancing, in any way, shape or form, had always been something Savannah loved to do. Whether it was a jig around her apartment to some cheesy pop song or dancing the night away at some club, like tonight, it was something she was pretty sure she'd never tire of. She loved dancing so much in fact, that as a child she'd wanted to be a ballerina and had even taken classes up until she was eighteen. She'd be throwing shapes until she was in her grave no doubt. With her hands in the air, she swung her hips to the music, her eyes closed so that it was nothing but her and the pounding beat of the music. Occasionally a guy would come over and dance with her. She'd let them for a while but when they tried to pull her from the floor, she simply smiled, shook her head and continued her dancing alone. She'd come out with two of her girl friends originally but one had left and the other was in a dark corner with some cute guy. Being alone wasn't a problem, Vana might have been small but she was perfectly capable of holding her own against any wizards who dared to overstep the mark.

She must have been dancing for over an hour non-stop before she was joined, again, by another guy. He kept his distance at first, smiling a cute smile and pulling some moves that were up there with the sort of embarrassing dance moves her grandad pulled. It made her laugh because this guy clearly didn't care that he looked like an absolute dork dancing like that. Didn't care or didn't realize he was kind of a bad dancer. Vana didn't mind though, in fact she sort of like that he had the balls to stand there and dance like a goof, so she joined him. But then he had his hands on her hips and they were too heavy, gripping her too tight. Uncomfortable, she twisted, slipped out of his grasp, and raised her eyebrows; giving him a friendly warning look. He raised his hands in apology which she warily accepted with a nod of her head, before slowly getting back into her groove. But when he came up behind her, his hands on her hips again, she went rigid with anger. The guy was gyrating into her like a dog dry humping a frickin' leg.

Grabbing his wrist in her hand, she yanked his arm away, quickly spun around and shoved her palms against his chest. The guy stumbled and fell back onto the floor from the force of her shove, his face a mix between anger and shock. Savannah pressed her lips into a firm line, gave him one last warning glance, and then began to make her way over to the bar. She squeezed and weaved her way through the mass of bodies that dominated the dance floor and was almost tempted to carry on dancing herself, but it had been over an hour since she'd last had a drink and with all that dancing - she was seriously dehydrated. She smiled and waved at the people she recognized, most of them she knew from working behind the bar at the Three Broomsticks. "Hey, can I get a water please? With ice. Lot's of ice" she grinned at the woman behind the bar and climbed up on to a stool.
